Mask brackets are personal items. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept refunds for opened/used items.
To avoid disputes, please record the parcel opening process. After opening, please check quantity and condition. Should there be any defects with your product, please notify us within seven days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). If defects are not due to misuse or intentional damage, we will provide exchanges or repairs.
Warranty begins same time as delivery date. Please keep transaction records as proof for warranty services.
