Food-grade silicone can be rinsed with water directly. If there are residues such as makeup, clean with neutral detergents then lay it to dry in a cool place. Do not wipe with tissues or towels as they will leave fibers.

JUST EASY－mask bracket comes with 5 reusable pads, on which you can add your own fragrances, scents. However, we do not recommend adding essential oils directly as pads will not fully absorb. Dilute oils with suitable percentage of alcohol then spray onto pads for better effect.

If product is damaged not due to intentional misuse within seven days after receipt, we will repair or exchange it free of charge. However, due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for used items. If it arrives defective we offer exchanges or repairs!

JUST EASY－Just Easy mask bracket actually does not have an expiration date. It will however more or less degrade depending on usage and storage. Normally, food-grade silicone is cold and heat-resistant, and can last more than 5 years properly stored.

Yes, it is washable. However, because the bag is constructed from dyed satin, do not wash it with light or white colored clothing as it will stain.
